These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of drone photography and videography services by Dexepu to clients booking services through this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By instructing Dexepu to provide services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Dexepu ("we", "us", "our") provides drone photography and videography services for real estate and business clients. We are based in the United Kingdom and can be contacted as follows:
If you have any questions about these Terms, or wish to exercise any right described below, please contact us using the details above.
Orders may be made via our website enquiry form, by email, or by telephone. An order is treated as a request for a quotation until we issue a written confirmation, whether by email or through a formal booking confirmation. A binding contract for services is formed only once we send you this confirmation, setting out the agreed scope of work, shoot date, location and price.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details supplied when placing an order (including site access arrangements, permissions for aerial filming, and any third-party consents required for the property or premises) are accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline any booking, including where a location is unsuitable or unsafe for drone operations, or where necessary permissions or airspace clearances cannot reasonably be obtained.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable UK VAT. The final confirmation will specify what is included in the quoted price, such as the number of flight locations, edited images or video length, and any post-production revisions.
Additional work outside the agreed scope, including extra locations, extended editing, rush delivery or repeat visits due to circumstances outside our control (such as poor weather or restricted airspace), may be charged separately and will be agreed with you in advance wherever possible.
Payment terms will be confirmed at booking. Typically, a deposit may be required to secure a shoot date, with the balance payable on or before delivery of final materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may result in delayed delivery of final files.
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking by contacting us as early as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice before the scheduled shoot date will not incur a charge, save for any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Cancellations made shortly before the scheduled date, or failure to provide site access on the day, may result in a cancellation fee reflecting time and resources already committed.
Where weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns prevent a drone flight from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us promptly at [email protected] with details of your concern. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time, and will aim to resolve any complaint fairly, including by offering re-editing, a partial refund, or another appropriate remedy where justified.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where applicable to consumer clients.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexepu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of business, profits or data, arising from or in connection with the services provided.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, third-party airspace restrictions, or regulatory action affecting drone operations.
This website sets a single cookie, cookie_choice_v1, which stores your consent preference for a period of one year. No analytics, tracking, session or advertising cookies are set by default. Advertising measurement, where applicable, runs only after you have given consent, and only on the booking confirmation page.
For details on how we handle personal data, please contact us at [email protected]. You have rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, including the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. If you are dissatisfied with our handling of your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this website, and continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
