Exterior stills of a house and its plot, taken from four to six angles at 30-60 metres. Useful for listings on an estate agent's site or a printed brochure. Delivered as high-resolution JPEG files within 48 hours of the shoot.
£120A one to two minute flythrough covering the front, garden and immediate street, edited with steady transitions and no music overlay unless requested. Suited to larger homes near Ranmoor or Fulwood where grounds matter to a buyer.
£180Stills and a short video of an office block, retail unit or warehouse, shot to show scale, access points and parking. Includes a site plan overlay on request. Common for landlords marketing units near the city centre.
£250Wide aerial coverage of a plot's boundaries, gradient and access roads, useful for a planning application or a sale of undeveloped land. Footage is timestamped and can be supplied with basic measurements marked.
£280Monthly or fortnightly aerial passes over an active building site, compared side by side to show progress over time. Popular with contractors who need records for a client or an insurer. Priced per site per month.
£320One high-resolution still shot from a chosen angle and height, delivered same day where weather permits. Suits a business that only needs one strong image for a brochure cover or a social media post.
£150A three to five minute aerial and ground-mixed film for a company site, retail park or industrial estate. Includes basic colour grading and one round of edits. Aimed at businesses building a case for investors or partners.
£350A full rotation around a property or structure at a fixed height, giving viewers a complete sense of the building's setting. Works well for period properties around Broomhill where the surroundings add to the appeal.
£200Stills taken at dusk with interior lights on, giving a warmer look than a daytime shoot. Booked mainly for higher-value residential listings where the agent wants the property to stand out in a crowded listings page.
£220Sky replacement, grass correction and perspective straightening applied to an existing set of aerial stills. Ordered on its own when a client already has photos but needs them tidied up before publishing.
£110A single visit covering three to five smaller properties or units in one area, priced lower per property than individual bookings. Common for landlords with several flats in one street or block.
£240Same-day editing and delivery for any booked shoot, added when a listing deadline or investor meeting is close. Subject to weather and flight-slot availability, confirmed at the time of booking, not guaranteed after the fact.
